Order on Ozon
A customer in Russia orders your product in your Ozon store.

Pack within 48 hours
You pack the order, or our fulfilment partner in Dubai [partner name] does it for you.

Drop-off in Dubai
The parcel goes to Ozon’s logistics partner GBS Broker UAE in Al Karama, Dubai, open Monday to Saturday.

Pickup point in Russia
Ozon delivers the parcel to a pickup point near the customer in about 2–3 weeks from drop-off in Dubai.
Parcel rules
- Up to 25 kg per parcel
- Up to 3 identical items per parcel
- Personal-use quantities only
- Shipping cost per parcel plus weight, at the partner’s current rate (from about USD 4.60 per parcel plus USD 1.12 per 100 g)
- Parcels over 1,000 AED need a customs declaration, which costs extra
What you need
- UAE trade licence, mainland or free zone
- Corporate bank account that can receive USD
- Brand rights or a letter of authorisation from the brand owner
- Products in stock in the UAE
- Someone to pack orders, or our fulfilment partner

What we check before launch
Perfume
Alcohol-based perfume has limits on air shipping. We usually start with attar, bakhoor and oud.
Duty for buyers
Russian buyers pay no import duty on parcels up to [limit, check current value]. Above that, duty is added at checkout.
No Chestny Znak
Parcels sent to individual buyers do not need Russian product labelling. It is only required for bulk imports to Russian warehouses.
